SKATEBÅRD
Norway’s dance music scene is no secret to the world – from the Balearic
Nu-Disco bliss proved by Lindstrom and Prins Thomas, the bubble-gum
Italo-pop of Annie and hit-makers Royksopp, there’s something about
those long winter nights that’s brought forth a fury of creativity over the
years – much of it spurred by the legendary Tellé record label. It was here
that Bergen’s Skatebård emerged as a force to be reckoned with thanks to
his 2002 debut “Skateboarding Was A Crime (in 1989)” – an record that
rocked the underground with it’s unique fusion of Italo-Disco and
House…since then he’s gone on to release a steady stream of singles on
Keys Of Life, Sex Tags Mania, Radius Records, Supersoul Recordings
and of course his own imprint Digitalo Enterprises.

LUPO
Started with computerized 8 bit noises around 1993, been using and soldering hardware since '95. Played live for ten years. All sounds are handmade on real machines. No laptop on stage! Everything's tweaked and arranged in one pass, moulding the songs to fit in the occasion.
Appeared at countless clubs, underground parties and festivals like fløyen festival, ekko festival, nattjazz, ole blues, lost weekend, klubbfestuka in bodø, ride this train, olsok festival, tiktak festival, kongsberg jazzfestival with the Kaptein Kaliber Big Band, icelandic airwaves/panorama/robertjohnson/etc with Skatebård trio, and so on...
